CONTINENTAL HORIZONS was established in England in 1997. We are specialists in teaching languages, translating and interpreting, and secretarial and administrative assistance.
Thanks to our proven track record, we relocated to France in 2003 to further develop our language tuition, incorporating coaching in French and English.
CONTINENTAL HORIZONS promotes teaching French as a Foreign Language as well as English, delivered by qualified and experienced teachers.
Our office for secretarial and administrative assistance is open to all enquiries for personal and business matters.
We are certified legal translators and interpreters, and help our clients in all manner of situations from daily personal matters, e.g. communicating with neighbours and tradesmen, paying bills and setting up bank accounts, dealing with utilities and insurance providers; to more official business like with Notaries, Estate Agents, and Tax Offices etc.
CONTINENTAL HORIZONS is situated in the heart of L’Isle Jourdain in the Vienne department of France. L’Isle Jourdain is one of the most beautiful towns in the Valley of the Vienne, famous for its viaduct and its river. It boasts a great location at the gateways of the Poitou-Charentes and Limousin regions. Our business serves customers living in the Vienne (86), the Charente (16) and the Haute Vienne (87), as well as those living further afield including the United Kingdom.
